As the world’s leading PC manufacturer HP makes available for purchase through NCIX, various warranty options based on the type of equipment purchased and level of care required from pickup and return service on laptops for personal use to onsite service for high end professional commercial workstations and printers.

Lenovo also offers onsite warranty services for their workstations and servers for purchase through NCIX such as a one year extended service agreement for the fourth year of ownership for their Thinkservers and Thinkcenters as an upgrade which would add an additional year of warranty for their products. Supermicro offers a variety of warranty services available for purchase through NCIX such as a one to three year parts warranty including cross shipping based on the initial purchase price of your computer. Regardless of the warranty purchased, NCIX would like to remind our customers that service agreements can be very specific to the letter and only cover equipment and components that fail under normal conditions and may not be honored if goods have been mistreated or abused.
