The Cowon 32GB Z2 Plenue Smart MP3 Player (Black) is an MP3 and video player with built-in FM radio, speaker and microphone. It can record via mic, line-in and FM radio. The Z2 is highlighted by a 3.7" AMOLED 800 x 480 LCD touch screen and 32GB NTSF flash storage capacity, which can be expanded to 32GB via its microSD card slot. You'll be able to store hours of music and video, plus pictures and text documents. Operation of the Z2 is simplified by the Android Gingerbread operating system.

The Z2 includes the integrated JetEffect 5 BBE+ audio enhancer, which affords outstanding audio control and quality. It features an EQ filter, sound refiner, Mach3Bass enhancer, 3D surround sound effect and MP enhance for enriching harmonics lost through compression. The JetEffect 5 BBE+ also features a stereo enhancer for enriched stereo sound and a reverb function that maximizes the natural and live presence of your music.

For video, the Z2 is equipped with a multi-video player with flash capabilities that can play TV shows, movies and flash games via the 3.7" touch screen display or through the HDMI TV-out feature for playback on a large screen in Full HD resolution. Viewing pictures and text document files is possible as well. There's also a built-in FM radio, which can be enjoyed live or through the FM recording feature. You can set several station presets and save your recorded FM broadcasts to enjoy over and over.

Cowon's JetEffect 5, which boasts a world-wide reputation in sound effects, has been upgraded to take the multimedia viewing environment to the next level. It affords an improved sense of spatial effect and nine different Reverb Modes (Chamber, Room, Club, Hall, Auditorium, Cathedral, Stadium, Canyon, Long). Plus, the sound field presets are offered in a total of 48 different modes for customization according to your tastes (customized setup maintained throughout music, videos, FM radio). Matrix Browser

While listening to music, you can look through the album art using the Matrix Browser. You can drag the album art displayed on the screen to the left and to the right in order to move to the page or track info you want. When a song is selected from the page, the list of the tracks in the album is also displayed, making it easy to enjoy each track from any album of your choice

The built-in speaker enables you to enjoy music outdoors with your friends or even watch a movie comfortably without earbuds

FM Radio

The Z2 affords popular webtoons and webcomics through the Cartoon Viewer menu. It contains a Web View function to flip through the Web browser pages as if you're reading an actual comic book - making for fun and entertainment even when you're traveling or commuting

DOC Viewer

Use the DOC Viewer to read eBooks or other documents. You can customize the setup for Auto Scroll. You can also customize the font size, color and line space. And, tap the word as you read it to access a dictionary page for a quick definition and understanding of any word

Photo Album

Browse through the photos saved in the device or look through them all at a glance using a thumbnail interface. You can zoom in and out of the photos and rotate their angles. Plus, click the photo to set it as the background image for the main screen or your address book

Smart OS

The Z2 is equipped with the Android Gingerbread operating system, which enables you to go online, use social networking sites and take advantage of various apps. Plus, surf the Web freely from any WiFi hotspot

Kakao Talk

Kakao Talk is a useful application that allows you to send messages back and forth with your friends without a smartphone. Just use the Z2 instead (WiFi hotspot required)
