I have the ASUS m5a99fx pro r2.0 with an 8150 mounted. This cooler has kept my 8 cores at an outstanding 37 deg consistantly. The fins on the cooler are always cool, I am using a push pull config and its really quiet. Note this cooler is large, I have 16GB of corsair vengence blue, and had to raise the pull fan an 1/8" to clear the heatsinks. Im running this system in the Original CM Stacker STC-T01 case, and I had to completely remove the 80mm carraige on the left panel for it to fit height wise, and it barely clears. Make sure your case has the room for it.
