Awesome little vacuum but it trips up on thin wires and loses a critical part of the sweeper making it useless. Bigger wires like power cords jam it up. No spare parts available (except for the filter and battery) even though everything seems very modular. I was able to clean out trapped hairs in the wheels very easily by removing one screw to pull out the motorized wheel.
If the sweeper was a single piece it would be awesome, instead it loses a small plug and continues vacuuming so you have to hunt down that little plastic cap...

My girlfriend had owned the previous 520 model, so I decided to try my luck with the newer 530. I have to admit that the newer model was a definite step up in terms of quality and reliability, and even the noise level that was generated by the motor had been significantly reduced.
