Good headphones all-around. Use it between my iPhone and laptop. The volume controls are compatible under the iPhone 4 and are still going strong under a lot of abuse (gym workouts, extended phone calls > 2 hrs). It's an average headphone which has lasted more than most of my other ones. Kudos to Sony for creating a proper mid-level set of headphones.

Well they are earphones. I have always been lucky with Sony Earphones but I don't expect them to last any longer then 6 - 12 months. The cables are rather fragile and with the abuse I usually put them through ... they just break.

This is the recommended headset by Sony S1 tablet, it works as it expected, the microphone works as well, but it can't control the forward and rewind on music player.
