The webcam itself is good. It takes decent quality video and pictures to a certain point, but I've noticed depending on the light situation, the video can get very grainy. The mic on the cam is actually quite good too (obviously not studio quality, but good for a webcam). The big downside, surprisingly, is the software. I'd much rather use any other software, but then it seems most others won't know the cam can take 720p video. Another downside is the stand/latch. It doesn't hold tight on anything, and neither of my monitors work well for it to hold onto, which is a pain in the butt. I can only recommend this if it's on sale $45 or lower...it's not all that great, but you'll be spending a good amount more for an actual quality one.

Defective software, video games or DVDs
will be replaced by the SAME title and format ONLY (and subject

video games and DVDs may be returned within 30 days only if the
item is UNOPENED (with shrink wrap still intact) at the sole discretion
