The USB2VGAE2 USB VGA adapter is the perfect multi-monitor VGA solution - a replacement for our popular USB2VGAE that delivers improved performance and a sleek new design.
The USB video adapter features a small form factor as well as support for high-performance/ high resolution applications, turning an available USB 2.0 port into a VGA port. A cost-saving multi-monitor or dual display option that can be used as an external graphics card for either laptop or desktop applications.
The USB video adapter can be used with up to four additional (five total) USB2VGAE2 USB video adapters, creating multiple VGA connections that can be used to further extend or mirror the desktop shown on the existing display - all without having to open the computer case to add extra video cards.

I bought two of these on sale for $20 to use with my laptop. I ended up downloading drivers for it instead of using those on the supplied CD disc. Although it works, I am a little disappointed that the image quality is not as sharp as the VGA output from my laptop.

A cheap way to add an additional external monitor to a laptop PC, and it works as advertised. I bought this for my wife's laptop and is working fine for Office applications, email, and Web. There is a small delay noticable when dragging windows, but that's OK.

I had to grab an extender like this for a client machine with no pci-e port.. store didn't have any decently priced PCI cards and so this extender was the next best thing.
