Where to begin, well the machine is pretty heavy duty (literally) and weighs a ton! be sure to put it on something solid. Its a decent performer for a small to medium business, but not recommended for heavy heavy usage. Color prints come out decent and its great for b&w copying but for some reason alot of what you run though the auto document feeder seems to come out crooked. My prime concern is with the cost to run it. It seems to burn through toner faster then it should, and this is a a list of what must be replaced on a regular basis...
