This is NOT an NCIX or AMD issue this is a Powercolor issue and if it were my business I would be taking these defective & cheaply constructed Powercolor HD 6870 cards off the market and in a timely fashion. I hope this message gets out to the people that would otherwise have potentially made the same mistake as I in buying this defective product but I ask you to look elsewhere my friends NCIX has other great deals on 6870s and many other great cards. I hope I can give an all around glowing review when I receive my EVGA GTX 560 SE that I purchased today from NCIX to replace this Powercolor HD 6870. Works awesome,windows automatically found the latest driver for it,bought this with the coolermaster haf x full tower case,so i was not worried about the card drooping at all because the case comes with a prop to keep it up.

I was fortunate to snag this card for only $135 after rebate during the Boxing Week sales. At that price, this delivers a nice little step up in performance from the 6850 (although note that you could probably just overclock a 6850 to make up the difference), for hardly any additional cost.
