Because my work easily causes overuse of wrist muscles, I often find myself with very frail wrists. One of my solutions as of late was to start using the powerball to work on endurance of my muscles, as well as making the muscles for my wrist more balanced. It has helped me greatly since.

I bought it last Friday, and I'm playing with it every day. My arms are so sore, and it's effective like working out. I'm a righty, I guess this is good on training my left arm too.

Just bought it today, hit 11034 RPM. Always thought this was a novelty item, but I am wrong. It's a lot harder to start it by hand instead of using the string.

Great product. Good for forearm training. It's also very good for relaxing if you are always on the computer. Now it's time to make it to the world record list. Minimum 14,500 rmp.

After buying the blue one for myself I purchased 2 of these for friends into weightlifting. They use it for grip strength and forearm development and have had good results. I use it for tendonitis rehab along with lots of ice and have also had good results so I would highly recommend this.

I'm a guitarist and purchased this for wrist/forearm strength building and to reduce cramping. I've really enjoyed it thus far and definitely feel more power in my hands. Time will tell if it helps reduce strain/cramping as I continue to work out with it.

You probably will regret buying this if you have many different exercises to do, cuz you probably would end up having this sitting somewhere collecting dust. The safety thing is a big concern, I admit I wasn't being very careful, but having a chunk of skin ripped off from my finger means the design is flawed. Should have used fully enclosed casing.

I was browsing at an NCIX retail outlet yesterday when I saw this thing for sale m $20. At that price, my curiosity took over me and I decided to buy it.
This thing is awesome. It is a lot of fun to remain on a roll for an extended period of time. Try and beat your maximum RPM. Extremely addicting, I brought it to work and everyone is playing around with it. A bit hard to start up, but once you get used to the thumb technique, its not problem. Or you could use the provided string to start it up, but its more satisfying to start it up on your own. Got it on special for $20.

I love my powerball, I use it almost every day. Got up to about 10,000rpm now and hoping to go further. Takes a lot of practice to perfect the technique though.
