Great quality, for a good price. Got mine on a price match from a competitor for $42.88. Sure the D14 may drop the temps 1-3 degrees C more but at 500 grams lighter and half the price, its a no-brainer. My i7 3770k ran at mid 70's C (stock speed) after a few rounds of BF3 with all settings maxed. After the install, temps drop ped by aprox 20 degrees C and much quieter.
From my stock Intel cooler on my 3570K I went from 35C to 28C at idle, and 60C to 49C while playing Diablo 3. With Prime95 my absolute max temps are at 60C, from 72C before. On top of all this, I can hardly hear the fans when at max speeds (mind you this is in a Corsair 550D). Before, the stock Intel cooler was ridiculously loud.
This cooler has exceeded my expectations, and for this the price is justifiable. Great cooler, definitely recommended.

This is the best air cooler in this size range. Twin 120mm fans keep my i7 2600K at 58 celcius max at 4.5Ghz with 100% load after running Prime 95 for 2 hours.
