Cooler Master's Silent Pro RS-700-AMBA-D3 PSU is designed with the noise conscious user in mind. This 80 Plus certified unit has a rated continuous output capacity of 700W for safe and reliable computer system. Not only is it an SLI certified unit, it is also compliant with ATX 12V v2.3.
The modular cable design can eliminate clutter and improve airflow inside the chassis, and the PCIe connectors (two 8-pin) have bead core protection to minimize EMI and electrical noise. The back panel is a honeycomb mesh for unrestricted air flow. The combination plus the 135mm silent fan results in the Power Supply delivers silent, cool operation and provide very high efficiency levels and low noise rating.

I changed to this psu when I OCZ one died, and am glad I did not just go with an exact replacement. This psu is more quiet, and the cables take up much less room in my case

You will install it and never need to think about it again .. A large 120 mm fan can move a lot of air at lower RPMs which means less noise. Also, forcing air up from the bottom reduces dust deposits.

Installed this to try to eliminate my old 500w cooler master as being the problem in my pc. It's been working great so far, and is very quiet, I guess the fan only spins up when you really stress it. Got it on sale for 105$ including rebate (which hasn't arrived yet).

In the 4 weeks I have been using this, and I have put it through a lot of work, the power supply itself has held up and performed really quite excellently. Actually, I have been somewhat impressed by its ability to power all my needs without sounding a peep or contributing heat to my case environment.
This unit has been fantastic. The 135mm fan keeps it very cool and you can hardly hear it. The vibration dampers are great but were a little problematic when installing as they kept wanting to fall off. They should come molded to the unit. I found the ability to have only as many power cords as needed great. A real plus is the dedicated power to the video cards. This unit will handle two cards with either 6 or 8 pin power connectors. I picked this up on sale for $80 so it was a great deal.
