Power Load Meter: Displays Power Load between 10 ~ 999W. Readings of 1 ~ 9W are shown as "Lo" and readings of 1000W+ are shown as "Hi".
Timer: Timer shows Computer usage time and resets when Computer is turned OFF.
RPM Display: RPM is displayed in units of 10RPM. Values of 200RPM and below are shown as "0". Values between 201 ~ 6000RPM are supported by the display.
Temperature Display: Displays temperatures between -9°C and 99C. Temperatures below -10°C are shown as "Lo". The Display will blink temperatures between 80 ~ 99.9°C and display "Hi" for temperatures above 99.9°C.
Fan Channel Display.
Jog Wheel: Jog Wheel is used for adjusting Fan RPM and selecting a Fan Channel. RPM can be set from 60 to 6000RPM in units of 60RPM.
Standard Fans (Fan 1~3): 3-Pin fans that support the RPM output function can be connected for use. PWM Fan : A 4-Pin fan that supports the PWM function can be connected for use.
Temperature Sensor: Four temperature sensors can be connected.
CVS Terminal: Receives the measured values of the CVS.
Power Connector: Connects with the PSU’s 4-Pin connector.

RBMod review of the Zalman ZM-MFC3 4 Fan Speed Controller: The ability to control four channels, with multiple fans on each channel is a great feature, and probably the one element that makes this prodcut worthy of consideration. But but be sure to take the time to clean up your cable clutter.

Works great with 3 pin fans (RPM reporting) and 1 channel PWM (4 pin) fan. Will not show RPM for 2 pin fans (doesn't claim to!). Installation was a breeze but make sure you take the time to route cables neatly or you will end up with a rats nest. Temperature probes were a little tricky to install since the tape that is supplied doesn't stick very well. I'm also not sure where to place the probes for the best reporting information. I have one on my SSD, one on my Power phase heatsink, one on my GPU heatsink and one on my RAM. Power comsumption display is neat but not really necessary and timer is also an unecessary feature. Would have been better if the display showed CPU speed and load percentage but that would have required a some sort of connection to the motherboard (PCI adapter board maybe?) to get that info.
I'll give 4 stars only because I think it is over priced for what it does otherwise it functions great and looks good too.

I bought this to replace the previous version. This one I would say is better and somewhat better. I really like the new design of this as the old one was just terribly analog.

This Zalman ZM-MFC3 4 Fan Speed Controller 5.25IN Bay W/ Backlit LCD Fstn Timer Display is good i will give 4 star because on the CPU Fan Speed does not read it give me 512 Rpm. but other then that it's good product.
