This fan is quite loud if install at the front panel running at 1200rpm. You get what you paid for, I moved it to the back of the case so that I don't hear so much noise.

A good buy if you just wanna quickly and cheaply lower the temps of your hardware by a degree or two. Very quiet too, I got scared seeing 24dB but after installing I realized either its less than 24dB or the rest of the fans in the case are over 24dB.

I got 4 of these. Placed them in my CM 690 Advanced case with stock fans. Dropped all my temps 6 degrees. I would definitely recommend these.

I'm happy with the noise level and the air flow. My system temperature doesn't raise above 28 degrees while gaming. (Room temperature of 24.)

Had 2 of these in my old system for 3 years, just bought 2 more for my new case to go with the old ones. These are by far the best fans i have used. A good balance of airflow and noise.

I'm using this as the sole exhaust on my antec p183. Along with two PWM Slip streams on my cpu cooler, it does an adequate job of keeping my i5 2500k k 4.4ghz cool (65C on load prime 95 in a low-airflow case).
I'm using this as an intake fan at the front of my case. It's a little loud. The wire came just a little bit short to reach the slot on the motherboard so I had to use the 4 pin adapter.
