Good print quality for OEM toner. Excellent product and quality as expected from HP. Price per page is still high even if you can it on sale here.

Purchased for < $50 after PM. However, the price is still high on a per-page basis given the small capacity of the cartridge. Otherwise, print quality is as expected.

Received an open-box or used unit. Returned unit and got a new one. Due to the big delay during the holiday season, I ended up buying another cartridge from a big box store to use. Need better quality control in the shipping department!

Defective software, video games or DVDs
