The V-1 Ultra heatsink and fan combo is a highly effective means of cooling a graphics card. There are also many key advantages to the V-1 Ultra design.

I decided to have a go with this product when I wanted a cooler that wouldn't block two PCI slots. (The Accelero was my first choice). I have a Thermalright XP-120 on my CPU, so I figured I might as well be consistant.
Without active fan my temps are still 5°C less than stock cooler with fan. Thermalright's choice in fans is again too loud and a simple resistor will rectify this and lower the temps even more.
Also comes with 8 ram sinks to cool the ram (great idea). Took some work but final product is excellent.

i got this for a evga 6800 gs, and fits nicely, kind of complicated to install if your fimilar with taking apart a pc, but it reduced the temp quite a bit, although the fan that it came with was kind of loud, i slowed it down by lowering the voltage and mounted another fan on the bottom heat sink, so its 2 fans at 5volts which reduced the noise and still great cooling

Bought one of these for my x800pro, works pretty well. Installation took a little while and the back fins get pretty close to touching components on the back of the card, a little piece of foam will help keep it from touching. Does what I wanted it to do, cools my card quieter than the stock fan.
