Great product! If your looking to strengthen any muscle in your arm then you need this. It's a work out and it's fun! I still use it to this day and I'm always trying to beat my high score. The grip is good but if your hands get sweaty and it gets wet it tends to come loose a bit. This has only happened to me a couples times and that was after an extended period of usage.

A great remedy for that nagging carpo pain from mousing all day long. A few minutes with this baby and you'll either be hooked on getting it to go faster or completely frustrated trying to get it to go. Read the instructions for some great hints on how it works and soon you'll have the hang of it. Whatever you do don't hand it to your kid while it's running without explaining it's moving parts. The spinning mech can catch a finger quickly and be painful.

These powerballs are on sale regularly and at those prices it's definitely worth owning one. They take a while to really get a good feel for how to use it properly but it becomes easy once you understand how it's supposed to feel. I've been able to break 11k RPM with each hands but above 8k RPM it only takes seconds to feel the strain on your forearm muscles and it doesn't take long to tire out your arm when used at high speeds.
FUN toy for exercise tool. This innocuous little ball will give you a real workout! We found that we needed to experiment until we got the 'feel' of the correct motion. (It took us awhile.) I was ready to give up, thinking our powerball was defective.
